From the Glorieta conference center up the canyon to the ruins of an old "town", including a sawmill and a hotel.
Now only some heaps of stone and wood are left. But it makes for a very pretty hike!
Halfway up the trail there is an abandoned car.
Just before arriving at the ghost town there is another abandoned car.
A big pile of lumber is the only remaining evidence of a former sawmill at this location.
Then the ruins of the little town up in the mountains.
The remains of a two-story hotel.
What would have been the view from the hotel.
Then the same way back down to the trailhead.
The hike and elevation profile.
