8 Jun 2017: My latest pop-sci piece about language and mathematics (and also some snooker statistics!) is now available on Plus magazine.

5 Apr 2017: My latest autocatalytic sets paper, using RNA secondary structure to determine catalytic capability, has now been published (online) in the Journal of Molecular Evolution. A pre-print is available for free.

9 Jul 2016: After a successful official opening at the KLI, my exhibition The Art & Science of Nature is now also available online!

Will be in Vienna most of the summer. Hoping to escape to the mountains once in a while though, cos it's already too hot in the city...

10-15 Sep 2017: Sopron, Hungary, to attend a COST Systems Chemistry meeting.

2-20 Oct 2017: Tokyo, Japan (tentatively), to visit ELSI and attend a computational chemistry workshop there.

5-10 Nov 2017: Wadern, Germany, to attend a Dagstuhl meeting on computational chemistry.

12 Nov-2 Dec 2017: Beer Sheva, Israel (tentatively), to collaborate with a colleague at the Ben Gurion University.
